Some members of the club went to hike the Ice Age Trail in the Kettle Moraine Southern Unit, Wis. We had a blast. Hiked northbound four and a half miles from hwy 12 on Friday, April 8. On Saturday we awoke and hiked twenty miles to Shelter #1. It was a long day but well worth the effort. On Sunday we hiked out. Looking forward to the next backpacking trip.

Yessss, a blast. Sore feet for a few days but worth every tender step! More people need to give these a try, and Kerrie (aka Anna Conda) broke the ice for the other more intimidated woman, so no excuses ladies! If you want your very own trail name, sign up for future events. It's the only way yer' gittin' one!
