2K Snowshoe Sunday, 2/13/3011
We had a great turn out today at 2K's Snowshoe Sunday! There were two groups that shoed McHenry County's Glacial Park. The temperature was a mild 38 degrees with a stiff wind when not sheltered by the oaks. The route was about 3.1 miles, or 5k and utilized all of Glacial Parks hills and prairie.

The hike was excellent, great group of folks and it was fun to meet some new people and get to know some others better from last time. The view from the kame is always a treat. And Bryan looked especially fetching in those giant deep powder snowshoes :-)
